If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product from the day you receive the order for a store credit to use within 28 days of receiving it, excluding items on sale promotion. Credit notes are issued as soon as the product is received by us in its original packaging and can be used to make purchases, excluding items on sale. There will be a minimal postage fee deducted from the credit note.
Products purchased whilst on sale or discounted price cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty and in that case we will issue a store credit.
Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility as per standard industry practice.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. It must have tags attached, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the receipt. In instances where the product is returned breaching the return policy, we reserve the right to make amendments to our return method.
We cannot credit or exchange any jewellery item due to hygiene reasons.
